      Cancellations: all orders are automatically dispatched; cancellations must be made through email/phone communication.

      Cancellation policy

      You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. 
      The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquire, physical possession of the good.

      of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (via email or phone call)
      To meet the cancellation deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. 
      Effect of cancellation:
      If you cancel this contract we will reimburse you all payments received from you including the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary cost arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). 
      We may make a deduction from the reimbursement from loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. 
      If you decide to return the goods you will have to cover the postage costs for returning the goods. 
      We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later then 
      a)14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
      b)(If earlier) 14 days after the day you provided evidence that you have returned the goods, or
      c)if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel your contract. 
      We will make the reimbursement using the same mean of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, in any way you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. 
      We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods whichever is the earliest.

      without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated the cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. 
      We will bear the cost of returning the goods. 
      You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristic, and functioning of the goods. 

      If a defected product is ascertained up to 24 hours after receiving and if the commercial appearance and the packaging integrity are unbroken, The Oxford Health Company enters into engagement to replace the product in accordance with warranty conditions of the relevant manufacture company to reimburse the amount paid by the customer for the product in accordance with the distant selling act considered from the date on which the user has exercised their refusal right.

      When receiving the parcel you must check the contents of the package for compliance with the product ordered.

      When non-compliance of the received product is found, The Oxford Health Company changes the products at our expense, without any additional cost to the customer.

      If there is any discrepancy in the product’s appearance as a result of transportation, the customer should ask the courier for the protocol of a damaged parcel.

      Packaging:

      We use heat sealed resealable packets made from recycled paper lined with nylon plastic. This packaging option is letter box friendly. Therefore quantities of up to 500 tablets can be delivered with your ordinary mail. All packets are heat sealed for freshness, do not accept unsealed or opened packets. The packets also have a resealable strip to maintain freshness.

      The packaging includes all relevant instructions, ingredients and warnings.

      Shipping:

      1. Shipping is available inside the EU; all items will be shipped via royal mail first class standard and DPD.
      2. All uk orders placed before 5pm will be dispatched the same day, all orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day using royal mail.
      3. If you would prefer recorded service please let us know before you make your order and we will quote you the price.
      4. If a secondary visit of courier on your order is necessary as a result of reasons originating from your party, the expenses for secondary delivery should be on your account.
      5. Your orders are accepted online at this time by paypal method of payment only. Please ensure your registered postal address and email are accurate. The system will inform you of the data submitted. You shall see all the products that you buy, the amount that you shall pay, the method of pavement, the delivery address immediately after finalising your order. If you notice some discrepancy in filled by your data, please email us immediately.

          Limitation of liability

          In order to purchase products from our website shop, you submit personal information. This information is protected by law for protection of personal information. We use this information to improve services offered. We use the information submitted by you with the purpose to fulfil your order for products or services.

          Information sent by you is not submitted to third parties.

          Products price change

          The Oxford Health Company has the right to change the prices of the products and services any time without obligation for preliminary information to the customers. The customer is obliged to pay the price which is current at the moment of submitting the order. If technical fault is made in published information The Oxford Health Company.                 Complaints.

                At TOHC we take customer complaints very seriously. Both quality and food safety are fully investigated by our Quality and Food safety team. In order to carry out a complete investigation we request our customer to tell us the Batch number of the product received. In case of a food safety complaint, we request our clients to fill out a food safety questionnaire that we provide via email.
