What is Lysine?
Lysine is an amino acid which is used in conjunction with other amino acids to build protein. Certain amino acids can't be synthesised in the body and must, therefore, be acquired from dietary sources - Lysine is one of these. Foods containing Lysine include cheese, yoghurt, red meat, milk, brewer's yeast, soybeans and spirulina.
Benefits of Lysine
Lysine is often supplemented for metabolic purposes as the amino acid contributes to the regulation of metabolic processes, including the maintenance of energy production. The immune system is a large complex requiring several compounds to function efficiently and Lysine is one of these compounds which aid the immune system. Additionally, Lysine is necessary for the production of collagen and elastin.

Our Lysine capsules are sold in strength of 660mg in four different quantities - 120, 240, 500 & 1000.

Shipping is via Royal Mail 1st Class We dispatch orders on weekdays up to 5 pm. Royal mail quote delivery times 1-2 days for 1st class and 2-3 days for 2nd class. Delays can happen, If delivery takes more than 5 working days for a UK order - please contact us immediately. For Europe, orders can take 10-14 Days. We are sorry but we do not dispatch our products to the rest of the world. We apologise for this lengthy period of time, unfortunately, express courier services are uneconomical to use with low priced products.
