What is NMN?
Nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) is a naturally occurring form of Vitamin B3, present in foods like broccoli, avocado, tomatoes and beef. However, at typically 1mg per 100g, diet alone can’t realistically meet your needs. In the body, NMN converts into NAD+, a vital coenzyme that is involved in energy production and metabolism.
What is Trans-Resveratrol?
Studied since 1939, resveratrol has attracted growing interest for its possible role in supporting general health and wellbeing, including emerging research into cardiovascular health benefits. It occurs naturally in grapes, blueberries, peanuts and red wine, in two forms: cis and trans. Our formulation uses Japanese Knotweed (Polygonum Cuspidatum), known for its high concentration of trans-resveratrol - the more easily absorbed form.
Why Black Pepper?
A pinch of black pepper, the world's most traded spice, rounds out the formula. Its signature heat comes from piperine, a compound distinct from the capsaicin that makes chillies spicy.

Shipping is via Royal Mail 1st Class We dispatch orders on weekdays up to 5 pm. Royal mail quote delivery times 1-2 days for 1st class and 2-3 days for 2nd class. Delays can happen, If delivery takes more than 5 working days for a UK order - please contact us immediately. For Europe, orders can take 10-14 Days.
