Origins of Chlorella
Chlorella (chlorella vulgaris) is a microscopic single-celled green algae that grows in freshwater. It is native to Japan and Taiwan and grows rapidly and easily, needing only sunlight, water, carbon dioxide, and a small number of minerals.
Chlorella can be consumed as a food source and is a popular choice due to it being naturally high in protein, fats, carbohydrates, fibre, and many essential vitamins and minerals including Vitamin A, Vitamin C, magnesium, and zinc. Nowadays, it is sometimes referred to as a superfood. It is usually consumed dried as a supplement.
When chlorella was first harvested, it became a popular option due to its growing efficiency. During the population boom in the late 1940s, chlorella was used as a food source as a solution to combat the world hunger crisis, and some still propose using it for this purpose today.

Our Organic Chlorella tablets contain 500mg of organic chlorella. One to two tablets are taken per day and we offer different packet sizes, making it easy to meet your nutritional needs. We manufacture and package our own tablets here in Oxfordshire at our certified facility.

Shipping is via Royal Mail 1st Class We dispatch orders on weekdays up to 5 pm. Royal mail quote delivery times 1-2 days for 1st class and 2-3 days for 2nd class. Delays can happen, If delivery takes more than 5 working days for a UK order - please contact us immediately. For Europe, orders can take 10-14 Days. We are sorry but we do not dispatch our products to the rest of the world. We apologise for this lengthy period of time, unfortunately, express courier services are uneconomical to use with low priced products.
Please note, we DO NOT quote shipping. We will only make refunds where refunds are due. We apologise this process can not be more simple.
